Morter March

The Morter March is an easy method to balance your nervous system whenever you feel out of sorts, physically or emotionally. It Morter Marchtakes only 2 minutes and can be done anywhere you have a place to stand and enough privacy and quiet to be able to focus your thoughts and emotions. It can be done while out on a walk, squeezed in a public bathroom stall, remaining behind in a vacated classroom or standing anywhere in your home.

While this technique is extremely simple, it can improve or completely change how you are feeling and your ability to function in the moment. It is a helpful tool in situations where it is necessary to perform a physical or mental task such as taking an exam, giving a speech, competing in a race, solving a problem etc. It can also support a person to shift from a negative feeling emotional state to a positive one or find more ease with a physical complaint.

Morter March Release

The  Morter March Release is a supercharged version of the Morter March. It brings the nervous system into balance and it Morter March Releaseworks to release the effects of past emotional and physical traumas that interfere with present time functioning. MMR supports a person to be the best they can be and responding their present moment life’s demands as optimally as they can.

It takes a bit longer (about 8 minutes) than the Morter March alone but if a person does this process regularly once or twice a day over an extended period of time, seeming miracles can take place.  I have seen or heard reports of physical conditions improving, excess weight melting away, personalities changing, desired situations and acquisitions manifesting, among a few examples.

A person’s brain and nervous system is a powerful creative force when it is balanced and directed toward a specific focus. This is especially true when when all interference has been resolved and removed.

The Morter March and the Morter March Release both readily support the work we do during the B.E.S.T. adjustments in the office between your sessions. Remember to do them regularly and often.
