“Over the course of the treatments, I have noticed that I am sleeping somewhat better. I have been using “rhythmic breathing” if I wake up at night and have difficulty going back to sleep. Oddly, Dan seems to be snoring less, which is helping too. Along with these sessions, I have been doing some exercises to strengthen my thighs. I have also been using my chiropractic wedges at least once each say. Overall I feel that I have improved sleep, less hip discomfort because of the sessions and I feel more balance, less anxious and Dan and I seem to be less confrontational with each other. I feel very positive about the experience.”
